Wendy Rader-Konofalski is a local artist whose paintings have been exhibited at numerous Seattle venues, including the Polish Home Art Gallery.
Starting this month, from November 6 – December 4, Wendy will be exhibiting a number of her paintings at a small, intimate, wine shop that hosts free wine tasting events every Thursday from 4 pm – 7 pm and on Friday of Belltown Art Walk (second Friday of the month) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The wine shop, Vivette, is owned by Eric and Sarah Gonzalez, who feature wines from all over the world. They emphasize wines that are organic or come from vineyards that use “responsible farming and labor practices.” They also love art and feature a different artist each month.
Everyone is welcome to come and view Wendy’s paintings any time while her exhibit is there, but she will be at the wine shop for an opening reception on Friday, November 13th (Belltown Art Walk) between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m–so join her then to say hello, view the art, and enjoy a free wine tasting.
Vivette is located at 2808 Western Ave., Seattle. Open hours: Tuesday – Sunday 12p.m. – 7 p.m
