Inauguration of the Maria Kott Endowed Professorship of Polish Studies

The UW Polish Studies Endowment Committee and the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of Washington have the pleasure to present the inaugural lecture of the Maria Kott Endowed Professorship of Polish Studies.

Professor Agnieszka Jeżyk will speak about her research and her vision for Polish studies at the University of Washington which the endowed professorship makes possible.

Event Program:

  • 6:00 PM – Doors open, socializing, buffet dinner and wine
  • 6:45 PM – Opening remarks by Dean of the College of Arts & Sciences, Dianne
    Harris; Consul General of the Republic of Poland, Paulina Kapuścińska; and Founder, Ryszard Kott
  • 7:00 PM – Inaugural lecture by Prof. Agnieszka Jeżyk
