Culinary Workshop at the Polish Cultural Center

The Culinary Workshop group and the Polish Festival Seattle present another session of its very popular food demos. This one will also double as a fundraiser for the Polish Festival.

The program this time includes dishes demoed by Agnieszka Szymula. They include three different salads: pineapple, herring and layered, and also cream paste with spinach and a tasty leek & onion soup. Then you can taste Polish style lard spread with a slice of pickle on top and finish it with a small glass of a krupnik liquer made by Alisa Lahti. You can get all the recipes, too, including one for the krupnik!

All this is not only tasty, but also quick to prepare. You can always adapt in future for your unexpected guests.

In addition, there will be a lottery with proceeds going to the Festival.

Tickets: $25, payment at the door, but please let Teresa know if you would like to reserve a seat; raffle tickets $5 each or 3 for $12.
