Update: this event raised about $950 for the Polish Festival.

Polish Festival Seattle and the Culinary Workshops group present Adventures in Polish Cooking where you can learn how to make several different Polish recipes and then enjoy a meal together!

The dishes covered in this session include: Ukrainian borscht (barszcz ukraiński – a vegetarian beet soup), cutlet de volaille (Kyiv style chicken cutlet), bread, krupnik (Polish style vodka recipe), makowiec (poppy seed cake), sernik (traditional Polish cheesecake)

Let’s get together for some adventures! This event is a fundraiser to benefit Polish Festival Seattle organized by members of Warsztaty Kulinarne – Wspólna Kuchnia Facebook group with support from the Polish Cultural Center.

Tickets are $25 per person at the door. You can also purchase $5 raffle tickets for several different gift baskets!

Raffle ticket items include Mariners tickets, homemade bakery items, a krupnik kit (to make your own at home), Chihuly Glass Museum tickets.

Space is limited so reservations are strongly recommended. Make your reservation at eventbrite. Walkins will be accepted if there is still room.
