Teresa Vaisvila and Warsztaty Kulinarne – Wspólna Kuchnia invite you to a culinary cookout to practice making – and eating – Polish dishes. This is the first meeting of the group at the Polish Cultural Center since before the pandemic.  The cookouts are mostly in Polish, although some translation should be provided.

The 4 hour session will have the following program

• kiszka (kaszanka) / kishka and placki ziemniaczane /potato pancakes demo by Grace / Grażyna Sobczak
• zrazy wołowe / beef roulade demo by Anna Vestad
• sałata z kiszonej kapusty / sauerkraut salad demo by Lucyna Blonska

Warsztaty Kulinarne is probably the most popular local Polish group on facebook in Seattle, jockeying for the first place with My Garden and More group; both have been started by Teresa Vaisvila. See gorgeous pictures of many different (not necessary Polish) dishes cooked by group members; should you take fancy to any particular dish,  the recipe will be gladly provided!
