There are probably hundreds of recipes of Easter stuffed eggs, but I’ll share the recipe used by my mother that I find the easiest and most delicious.

Easter in Poland is rich with both solemn religious observances and joyful folk traditions. One of the most cherished and lively customs is Śmigus-Dyngus, celebrated on Easter Monday.
