The Seattle Polish Film Festival announced viewers’ choice award for the best movie of the festival. The Seattle Spirit of Polish Cinema Award goes to the following movie:
- Black Sheep / Czarna Owca – directed by Aleksander Pietrzak, screenplay by Bartosz Kozera, cinematography by Mateusz Pastewka
The runners up with the same number of votes were
- March ’68 / Marzec ’68 directed by Krzysztof Lang and
- Girls to Buy / Dziewczyny z Dubaju directed by Maria Sadowska
For the best documentary, a Certificate of Recognition went to
- Chopin. I Am Not Afraid of Darkness – directed by Joanna Kaczmarek
- On the Front Line. Fleeing Irpin – directed by Maciej Przedlacki
