Update as of October 29 and November 5, 2020: the food truck is not coming to the Polish Cultural Center anymore. Hence, the Polish Home Association decided to open its dining room and bar with a limited menu on Friday nights on temporary basis.
Polish Cultural Center Dom Polski is still in a suspended mode in regards to its many functions due to the pandemic, but it opens on limited basis on Fridays nights for better cooperation with the Polish Cuisine On Wheels Food Truck.
The lower hall with the restaurant room and the bar will open at half capacity on Friday nights, starting this Friday, October 23, 2020, around the usual time of 5:30 pm. The restaurant is still closed but the food truck customers can use the hall to sit down and enjoy their meal with a beer or a glass of wine from the bar if so desired. The Polish Home Association introduced a new sanitary regime in the hall, that included removing a half of the tables. Drinks can be ordered at the bar as usual, but there will be no sitting at the bar, only at the tables.
The food truck is expected at the Polish Cultural Center parking lot from 4 pm to 8 pm this Thursday and Friday but going forward this is likely to change. The truck is also available at other locations daily, such as Seattle / Northgate, Enumclaw, Bellevue or Redmond, so check the schedule at the Polish Cuisine website for the times and places that are best for you.
Update: the food truck will not be coming to the Polish Cultural Center parking lot on Friday, October 30, 2020. Instead, the dining room and the bar will open with a limited menu.
